1. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions and Contracting Parties
These terms and conditions govern the booking of beauty services through beautyhouse.sk.
The website and booking system is operated by Red cube sro, Nám. MR Štefánika 16, 945 01 Komárno, Company ID: 44137265, Tax ID: 2022614341, VAT ID: SK2022614341.
Cosmetic services provided Viktória Puskásová – SKIN, Ul. Mieru 4235, 945 01 Komárno, ID: 55441025, VAT number: 1128820407. The receipt for the cosmetic service is issued by Viktória Puskásová – SKIN.
2. Reservation and its confirmation
The customer selects the service, date and required contact details. The reservation is binding only after manual confirmation by the provider. The confirmation will be delivered to the customer by e-mail.
3. Price and payment
The price of a specific service is displayed by the booking system before submitting the reservation. Payment for the service is made on site.
4. Change and cancellation of appointment
You can change or cancel your appointment by emailing skinbhouse@gmail.com no later than 24 hours before the start of the event. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the event or in case of no-show, we will charge a fee of EUR 15. In justified exceptional cases, we will assess the situation individually.
5. Cancellation by the provider
If the service cannot be provided for objective reasons, we will contact the customer immediately and offer an alternative date.
